PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat reclining device capable of stably performing caulking work without increasing the weight and costs. SOLUTION: In this seat reclining device for a vehicle, a holder 27 includes: a body part 27c including a cover wall 27a slidably covering an end surface 11d of an upper arm 12 in an outer peripheral part thereof on a side opposite to a lower arm 11 and a peripheral wall 27b continuously formed to the cover wall 27a to cover the outer peripheral surface 11c of the lower arm 11; and a fixed part 27d provided in the tip of the peripheral wall 11c and caulked to be fixed to an end surface 11e of the lower arm 11 in the outer peripheral part thereof on a side opposite to the upper arm 12. A plurality of load receiver parts 27e are formed to support a caulking load when caulking for fixation, being bent from the body part 27c to abut on the end surface 11d of the lower arm 11 in the outer peripheral part thereof on an upper arm 12 side.
