PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tension test jig simultaneously attaching a plurality of test pieces and sequentially measuring them one by one without changing them, in evaluating tensile characteristics and creep characteristics of a material under various test conditions. SOLUTION: The test jig simultaneously attaches two or more test pieces in a simple and quick manner and sequentially measuring a stress vs. strain curve or a creep curve of each test piece under any desired test conditions (a temperature, an initial strain rate, a load, an atmosphere, and the like) for each test piece by one-directional displacement control or load control operation, without bothering to change, or detach and attach the test pieces until all the test pieces have been tested.
