PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To an image in which a change in an observation object is clarified and to store each observation data useful to an observation result in accordance with the image storage. SOLUTION: A background image PA obtained by photographing only a background obtained by excluding a flower A being an object is stored, and in the meantime object images PB, PC and PD obtained by consecutive shooting each time a predetermined time passes in a state where the flower A being the object exists, are sequentially stored, then a character image C obtained by excluding the background part of the object image is created by segmenting processing (S114) on the basis of the sequentially stored object images PB, PC and PD and the stored background image PA, and the created character image C is associated with each observation data DB, DC, DD, ..., such as a photographing elapsed time when sequentially storing the object images PB, PC and PD or time data about photographing times and they are stored.
