<p>The present invention relates to an aerator and to a low-head power-generating apparatus capable of being used for preventing the pollution of stagnant water at aquaculture facilities, dams, streams, water treatment facilities, etc., and as a power source for generating power using floats that move back and forth and up and down in accordance with water pressure, as well as an aerator for supplying fresh air. The present invention, with a view to improving upon the limitations of preceding inventions of the present applicant, in particular has the aim of providing a power-generating apparatus having a simple structure in order to simplify manufacturing and meeting operating precision requirements, as well being capable of being used a power source that uses oscillating rotational force to generate power and as a mechanical power source. The present invention also has the aim of obtaining power from a power source including: a first and a second water tank which are laterally divided; a top and a bottom valve corresponding to and opening and closing the tops and bottoms of the first and second water tanks, respectively; a float for floating on the water supplied to the water tanks; a floating body floated by means of controllable rocking means of the float; and a rack for being oscillated up and down by means of the floating body arm of the float, wherein power is supplied via a main shaft that controls the floating body to operate precisely, function smoothly, and rotate in an oscillating manner. Another aim is to provide aeration and fresh air to an aquaculture facility or the like using fresh air collected by admitting air into and discharging air from the first and second water tanks. According to the present invention, a power source can be provided, without separate power-generating means, through the continuous action of controlling valves and the flotation of a float and a floating body by means of water filled into the first and second water tanks to create water pressure.</p> |
