PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress power consumption for transmission and completely receive information showing a charge amount when transmitting a signal showing the charge amount of a secondary battery to a portable terminal from a vehicle, in a plug-in charging vehicle capable of driving by using an electric energy stored in the secondary battery as a power source and capable of charging the secondary battery by using an external power source.

SOLUTION: In a vehicle door control system, the portable terminal receives a door lock operation (step 460), an on-vehicle door control apparatus determines that a vehicle door should be locked when the on-vehicle door control apparatus receives a door lock signal from the portable terminal (step 470), transmits the charge amount of the secondary battery at the door lock timing of the determination to the portable terminal (step 480), and then locks the door (step 490).
