PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polarized electromagnet capable of improving an attraction force of a permanent magnet by restraining flux leak at a position where the attraction force between an inner york and an outer york is not acted. SOLUTION: The polarized electromagnet has a spool 11 which is wound with an electromagnetic coil, a plunger 15 which is movable by penetrating the spool, the inner york 22 fixed outside the spool, the outer york 21 arranged outside the inner york by keeping a designated distance, and the permanent magnet 24 arranged between the inner york and the outer york. The outer york 21 is provided with a pair of end plates 21a, 21b facing both ends of the spool, and a connection plate 21c for connecting the end plates. The inner york 22 has a first opposite plate 22a opposite to the connection plate 21c of the outer york, and second opposite plates 22d, 22e facing one end plate 21b of the outer york.
