<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing FRP which hardly causes to form an unimpregnated part, voids, etc. and enables high yield for obtaining of a high-quality FRP at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing FRP involves the following processes (A) to (F): (A) a setting process to arrange a preform consisting of at least a reinforcing fiber base material on the surface of a molding die; (B) an airtight closing process to cover at least a molding part of a molding die with a bag material and close the molding part airtightly by installing at least a vacuum suction aperture and a resin injection aperture; (C) a pressure reducing process to reduce the pressure of the molding part by sucking air from the vacuum suction aperture; (D) a heating process to heat the molding part including the molding die by hot blast as a heating medium; and (E) an injection process to inject a resin from the resin injection aperture and impregnate at least the reinforcing fiber base material with the resin, when the temperature Tm of the molding die and the temperature Tv of the bag material are both above the room temperature level, and their temperature differenceΔT is not more than 10°C; and (F) a curing process to cure the resin by keeping the molding part including the molding die at a predetermined temperature Tpc above the room temperature level. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
