PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of efficiently exchanging heat while reducing deflection of fluid, and properly separating drainage from the fluid. SOLUTION: This heat exchanger includes: a bundle 21 configured by combining tubes and fins and allowing the fluid to flow to clearance gaps of the fins so that the fluid flows in one direction; and seal baffles 22 forming an inlet and an outlet to the bundle 21 so that the fluid flows in the bundle 21, and disposed on one face and the other face of the bundle 21, wherein an open section 30 for the fluid is formed at an outlet side of the seal baffle 11, and the open section 30 is configured to guide the fluid flowing out from the outlet of the bundle 21 to one face side of the bundle 21.
