<p>The invention relates to the field of power engineering. A radial hydraulic engine comprises a hermetically sealed, hollow housing (1) having an elliptical, cylindrical surface (3) therein that forms descending portions (4), on which the piston pressure forces perform the work of moving the pistons, and ascending portions (5), a shaft and rotors (6) arranged thereon. A common channel (15) is provided along the centre of the shaft and communicates with radial channels (14) that enter cylinders (7) formed in the body of the rotors. The cylinders are provided with drainage ports (8). A distributing pipe (16) having two windows (19) for each rotor is mounted in the common channel. Discs (27) press against the ends of the rotors from either side, each disc having two drainage slots (30) that are situated on the diameter of the discharge ports. Pistons (9) are mounted in the cylinders and are equipped with rollers (12) that move along the cylindrical surface, thereby producing centrifugal forces of inertia of a liquid in the radial channels, which cause an increase in pressure. During operation, the engine is permanently in a state of unstable mechanical equilibrium.</p> |
