<p>Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method, equipment and a system for sharing a frequency spectrum resource, which relate to the field of wireless communication and are used for enabling the sharing of the dynamic frequency spectrum resource among different mobile cellular networks on the basis of ensuring the network coverage and the service continuity. The method comprises the following steps: dividing the frequency spectrum resource into a basic frequency band and a dynamic frequency band, wherein said basic frequency band is used for ensuring the network coverage and the service continuity of at least two networks which share frequency spectrum resource; fixedly distributing the basic frequency band in said frequency spectrum resource to said at least two networks by means of static mode, and distributing the dynamic frequency band in said frequency spectrum resource to said at least two networks by means of dynamic mode; and transmitting the frequency spectrum resource distribution information of both the basic frequency band and the dynamic frequency band to a base station so as to be used for the frequency spectrum resource configuration of the base station. The present invention is suitable for mobile cellular networks, such as Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM), Universal Mobile Telecommunication System (UMTS), Long Term Evolution (LTE), Code Division Multiple Access 2000 (CDMA2000), Worldwide Interoperability for Microware Access (WiMAX) and the like.</p> |
