COSMETIC PREPARATION FOR HAIR STYLING

Provided is a cosmetic preparation for hair styling which is a water-based preparation having a low viscosity and, despite this, has excellent hair styling performance and hair restyling performance, and which is nonsticky and smooth and imparts an extremely light finish. The cosmetic preparation for hair styling comprises (a) 3-15 mass% surfactant that is solid at ordinary temperature (25ºC), (b) a polyalkylene glycol polymer (b1) that is liquid at ordinary temperature and/or a polyhydric-alcohol derivative (b2) that is liquid at ordinary temperature, (c) a film-forming polymer, and (d) liquid oily matter, and has a viscosity of 10,000 mPa·s or lower (25ºC; Brookfield viscometer).
