PURPOSE: A tape roller is provided to easily attach a tape by putting the tape into a rolling machine and to easily cut the tape after the tape is attached. CONSTITUTION: A tape roller is directly installed in a supporter of a tape rolling machine and is vertically moved. The tape roller comprises a spring. The spring is previously widened. A tape is put into the tape rolling machine and is directly cut by a cutting unit. After the tape is cut, the end of the tape is fixed to a fixture. The fixture is installed in the front of the tape rolling machine.
