<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dye-sensitized solar cell of low cost yet having high photoelectric conversion efficiency, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: An anode electrode layer sandwiching at least a part of a solar cell functional layer comprising a dye-supporting semiconductor layer and an electrolyte layer with a cathode electrode layer has a plurality of openings, and is embedded in the dye-supporting semiconductor layer separated from an anode substrate, with a width of each opening of 10 μm or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
