<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove the picture quality degradation caused by deconvolution operation halo correction processing. <P>SOLUTION: An image process part 105 inputs image data imaged by encoding exposure, open/close pattern information of a shutter, and run-out information, and an excluding area extraction part 107 extracts an image area of motion where the run-out information differs from the motion of an entire image from a plurality of image data, and cuts down the image of the image area. A pixel complementing part 110 complements the image area by a value of the predetermined pixel concerning the image data. A run-out correction part 111 generates first image data which corrects a halo of the image caused by the run-out of an imaging device by using the plurality of image data complementing the image area, information indicating an open/close pattern, and the run-out information of the imaging device. A local area process part 113 performs predetermined process on the image cut down from the image area of the plurality of image data to generate second image data.
