NEW PROCESS TO FORM HIGHLY CONDUCTIVE FEATURE FROM SILVER NANOPARTICLES WITH REDUCED PROCESSING TEMPERATURE, AND HIGHLY CONDUCTIVE FEATURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly conductive feature including silver-containing nanoparticles, which is formed by a process using a low heating temperature, and to provide a forming method thereof.

SOLUTION: The method for forming a highly conductive feature 40 includes: a step of depositing a liquid composition 20 including a plurality of silver-containing nanoparticles into a composition feature 24 on a substrate; a step of heating the composition feature 24 to form the highly conductive feature; and a step of applying a composition agent 30 to the composition feature 24 to allow for reduced temperature for the heating step. The highly conductive feature 40 is formed by this method.
