PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image signal with high image quality by accurately synthesizing a high-sensitivity signal and a low-sensitivity signal without incurring time deviation of one scanning term. SOLUTION: A solid-state imaging apparatus 30 includes a vertical scanning means 32 and a column circuit group 33. When a unit term of scanning of a pixel array part 31 is defined as H, the vertical scanning means 32 performs an operation for moving backward or forward a readout line to read a signal from each pixel 40 of the pixel array part 31 by 1H and performs both the operations within an s×H ((s) is an integer of≥2) period to move the readout line forward by one within the s×H period as a result.
