PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder head structure of an internal combustion engine for a vehicle, reducing the number of components and machining man-hours, and improving lubrication of an air supply/exhaust cam and the like, the cylinder head structure including a variable cam such as a decompression cam. SOLUTION: This cylinder head structure of the internal combustion engine for the vehicle includes: a pair of camshaft holders 80L, 80R supporting a camshaft 64; the variable cam 91 relatively rotatably supported by the camshaft; and a locking member 100 engaged with the variable cam to regulate the rotation of the variable cam. In the cylinder head structure, a reinforcing member 89 is provided which is fixed to a cylinder head 22 and connecting the camshaft holders to each other. Each camshaft holder is formed with a through hole 102. The locking member stored in the through hole and urged to project from one end of the through hole to be engaged with the variable cam is retained in the through hole as the reinforcing member closes the other end of the through hole.
