PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake pressure control valve contributing to reduction in size of a brake control device. SOLUTION: This brake pressure control valve 20 includes a block 31 formed with at least first holes 31a and 31b and two second holes 31c, 31c, variable load valves arranged in the first holes 31a and 31b and generating variable load pressure according to a vehicle load, and relay valves 22, 22 arranged in each of the second holes 31c, 31c and generating brake pressure. Each of the relay valves 22 includes a diaphragm 22f arranged to be extended to a side from a piston 22e and to reciprocatively support the piston 22e. The two relay valves 22 are arranged side by side at an interval so that the diaphragms 22f may be adjacent to each other. The variable load valve is arranged at a position between the two pistons 22e and at a position deviated from the position where the diaphragms 22f are adjacent to each other.
