PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baseboard for a scaffold, which simplifies the operation of attachment to/detachment from a horizontal member, and which is prevented from accidentally coming off the horizontal member. SOLUTION: This baseboard 100 for the scaffold includes a baseboard body 10 and locking implements 20 and 30 for being locked to the horizontal member of the scaffold. At least either of the locking implements 20 and 30, which are provided at both the ends of the baseboard body 10, respectively, is constituted as a movable locking implement 30 comprising: a bracket 31 which is attached to the baseboard body 10; a rotary locking member 33 which is rotatably supported on the bracket 31 and rotated between a locking position to lock the horizontal member and an opening position to open the horizontal member; and a lock member 31 which is ascendably/descendably supported on the bracket 31, which is lowered to regulate the rotation of the rotary locking member 33 in the locking position to the opening position, and which is lifted to release the regulation of the rotation.
