PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shielding device capable of accommodating a shielding sheet smoothly. SOLUTION: The shielding device 3 with the shielding sheet 30 and an accommodation device 40 includes: a pair of supports 61A, 61B; an end member 63: an intermediate member 64: a pair of arm mechanisms AR1, AR1 in which bending portions FP1, FP2 bendable toward the inside of the width direction D3 of the shielding sheet 30 are connected slidably to the intermediate member 64 in the width direction D3 of the shielding sheet 30; and a positioning mechanism 100 which is provided on the intermediate member 64 between each of the bending portions FP1, FP2 provided in a pair of the arm mechanisms AR1, AR1, contacts with each of the bending portions FP1, FP2 and positions the intermediate member 64 at the predetermined position of the shielding sheet 30 in the width direction D3 when the pair the arm mechanisms AR1, AR1 bend.
