PURPOSE: A fetter for a half-sized tile stopper and a construction method of a half-sized tile stopper using the same are provided to prevent external cold air from flowing inside, since a gap between a half-sized tile wall and a rafter is removed. CONSTITUTION: A fetter(50) for a half-sized tile stopper comprises a half-sized tile stopper body(51), and a rafter joint(53), and a coupling bar(55). The half-sized tile stopper body is coupled with a half-sized tile on a beam on which rafters hang at regular intervals. The rafter joint is formed on a curved incline(54) formed in the half-sized tile stopper body and is projected upward. The coupling bar is projected upward on the upper part of the half-sized tile stopper body at regular intervals.
