PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of efficiently exchanging heat while reducing deflection of fluid, and properly separating drainage from the fluid. SOLUTION: This heat exchanger includes a bundle configured by combining tubes and fins and allowing the fluid to flow to clearance gaps of the fins so that the fluid flows in one direction, seal baffles 22 forming an inlet and an outlet on the bundle so that the fluid flows in the bundle, and disposed on one face and the other face of the bundle, and a plate 24 disposed at the outlet and having a number of pores 23.
