<p>The objective is to provide anew an optical automated recognition code capable of easily marking by way of a "trace (continuous line segment)," and in which easy data recognition (decoding) can be performed by way of optical reading of the code. In an optical automated recognition code consisting of one continuous line, a plurality of sides are connected in one series to constitute the line, and data is represented by way of directions or lengths or curvature of each of the sides or relative angles between two of the sides connecting vertices. The code consists of a continuous line similar to calligraphy, and therefore, marking is made easy by way of the trace (continuous line segment).</p> |
