摘要 <p>The present invention relates to an overhead electric conductor with increased current-carrying capacity without the construction of a power line. The manufacturing process includes: a first step of manufacturing a core portion (110) of the overhead electric conductor with one supporting wire strand as a center wire, by wrapping six supporting wires around the center wire to be put into a wire twister; and a second step of manufacturing a conductor part (120) having a gap among the conducting wires for accommodating resistance heat by contacting 9 to 24 conducting wire strands per layer by size around the core portion of the conductor and enabling a pre-forming or post-forming ratio of 110 to 125%. The overhead electric conductor has a heat-emitting structure different from typical steel reinforced aluminum cables, to facilitate the dissipation of resistance heat, resulting in the increased transmission capacity of cables and reduced resistance heat transferred from conductors to supporting wires. In addition, the overhead electric conductor is characterized by having minimal sag even at a high temperature, which meets typical standards for allowable sag, by using a high strength wire rod for the core portion applied to the supporting wire.
