<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance an awakening function by the output of an alarm sound. <P>SOLUTION: The alarm device is equipped with: an alarm output means outputting alarm sound at a prescribed time, a display means performing the display on a display screen; a detection means detecting a touch position on the display screen; and a control means displaying a prescribed operation figure on the display screen by the display means (step 22) when the output of the alarm sound is started (step 21), and stopping the output of the alarm sound (step 24) when it is detected that the touch operation on the operation figure is performed on the basis of the display position of the operation figure and the detection value of the detection means (step 23).
