<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a NOx sensor with excellent measurement precision for ammonia concentration in a measured gas. <P>SOLUTION: The NOx sensor 1 includes a measured gas chamber 2 where a measured gas is introduced, a diffusion resistance part 3 provided at an introducing part of the measured gas in the measured gas chamber 2, a sensor cell 4 detecting a NOx concentration in the measured gas chamber 2, a pump cell 5 adjusting an oxygen concentration in the measured gas chamber 2 and a temperature control means 6 controlling the temperature of the diffusion resistance part 3 to 700°C or higher when used. The sensor cell 4 includes an oxygen ion-conductive solid electrolyte 41 for sensor and a pair of electrodes 421, 422 for sensor disposed at a surface facing the measured gas chamber 2 in the solid electrolyte 41 for sensor and at a surface opposite thereto. The pump cell 5 includes an oxygen ion-conductive solid electrolyte 51 for pump and a pair of electrodes 521, 522 for pump disposed at a surface facing the measured gas chamber 2 in the solid electrolyte 51 for sensor and at a surface opposite thereto. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
