<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently wipe off moisture in a tube. <P>SOLUTION: A cleaning tool 10 includes a swab 11 of a rectangular shape in plan view, and a string member 12 attached to the swab 11. The string member 12 is attached to a part from a vertex 11D to an attaching point P which is on an edge between a vertex 11A and a vertex 11B, where the vertex 11D is not formed, other than the vertex 11A or 11B of the edge.
