PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated outer package power storage device capable of obtaining enough airtightness in a normal state of use, and capable of exhausting gas surely from a specific site when the gas is generated in an outer package body of the device. SOLUTION: Two sheets of outer package films overlapping each other are jointed airtightly to each other at a jointing part formed at an outer periphery edge of each to be an outer package body, and a power storage device element and an electrolyte solution are housed in a housing formed in the outer package body to constitute the laminated outer package power storage device. On an inner face other than the jointing part in at least either of the outer package films, a plate with bending strength larger than the piercing strength of the outer package film is adhered.
