PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel stopper with a charging function and a coin parking lot which charges an electric vehicle or a hybrid car parked in the coin parking lot by making use of the coin parking lot which is a simple parking facility. SOLUTION: A concavity 4 of which only the side is opened is provided on the side 2b of a block-type wheel stopper body 2, and a power receptacle 5 used for charging is provided in the recessed surface 4a of the concavity 4. An opening/closing type protective frame 6 is provided at the entrance of the concavity 4. The protective frame 6 has a structure that it serves as a protective attitude of the power receptacle 5 against rain when it is fully opened and that it seals the surrounding of the power receptacle 5 on the recessed surface of the concavity 4 with an elastic cap 11 provided on the back of the protective frame 6 when it is fully closed. The adjustment of a parking fee can be achieved by a protective frame opening and closing operation switch 18 which is operated by the fully-closed operation of the protective frame 6 after charging. Then the wheel stopper 1 with the power receptacle 5 and a charging fee adjustment machine 40 are provided to the coin parking lot 20. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
