PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a precast concrete member, which fills a sleeve joint, a sheath joint, and a sleeve joint storage space with grout without allowing foreign matter such as vinyl chloride pipes to remain in a precast concrete member and also forms a curved grout filling/discharging passage by reliably and easily removing a form for forming a grout filling/discharging passage even when the form for forming a grout filling/discharging passage is curvedly disposed while bypassing the positions of reinforcements. SOLUTION: While a form 5 for forming a grout filling/discharging passage formed mainly of styrene foam is disposed in a form 2 for manufacturing a precast concrete member, a concrete 6 for the precast concrete member is placed. After the concrete is cured, the styrene foam is dissolved by a solvent 7 to remove the form for forming a grout filling/discharging passage.
