摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for producing a joined body obtained by being joined with metal nanoparticles, the technique allowing durability of the joined body to a heat cycle to be increased even without using an organic binder. SOLUTION: A first body 31 to be joined is coated with a first paste 10 which has a high content of metal nanoparticles 12 in a dispersion medium 13 and has a high viscosity, the surface of the first paste 10 is coated with a second paste 20 which has a low content of metal nanoparticles 22 in the dispersion medium 13 and has a low viscosity, a second body 32 to be joined is mounted on the second paste 20, and they are heated and sintered to form the joined body 35 having a joined part 34 composed of a first joining layer 34a and a second joining layer 34b. By combining the pastes having different viscosities and the contents of the metal nanoparticles, the joined layer of double layers with different thicknesses and densities is formed, and stress caused by a difference in the thermal expansions of the bodies to be joined is relaxed.
