PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning tool which is improved in effect of preventing falling-off of a bag support body inserted into a bag body from the bag body and support of the bag body by the bag support body and can achieve falling-off prevention of the bag support body and support of the bag body by a simple structure. SOLUTION: The cleaning tool includes a bag body 2 provided with a cleaning member 1 on the surface, and a bag support body freely inserted into/removed from the bag body 2. The support body has a shape elongated in a direction of being inserted into the bag body 2 and has a slit-like engaging portion with opening one end. The bag body 2 is made of cloth and has a sewn portion 2b formed by sewing inside parts which are opposite to each other, as an engaged portion 2b to be engaged with the slit-like engaging portion of the inserted bag support body. The sewn portion 2b has a sewing width d2 in a direction orthogonal to the insertion direction of the bag support body, which is wider than the slit width of the engaging portion of the bag support body.
