The machine (1') has frameworks (9) and a precision bearing that are provided in a magnet cylinder (20). The magnetic cylinder is provided with a punching profile, a punching element, punched-through portions, creases and a window cutting. An adjustment device is provided for adjusting position of the magnet cylinder. A counter-punch cylinder (30) is provided with a tread sheet metal and a clamping device that is utilized for detachably fastening the tread sheet metal. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a punching machine.
