PURPOSE: A visible light communications system is provided to design an optical filter to shield the external light having wavelength of high strength. CONSTITUTION: A light source(110) generates first light having information, and an optical filter(210) allows the selective transmittance of the light provided from the outside. A photoelectric device(230) generates an output signal by receiving the first light, and a data output device(250) outputs data by receiving the output signal. An image display unit(120) displays an image by generating the first light having information.
