摘要 PURPOSE: A producing method of processed egg by stirring and aging egg whites and egg yolks, and a producing apparatus thereof are provided to insert additives including charcoal, elvan, seaweeds, and herbs, into the eggs. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of processed egg comprises the following steps: washing fresh eggs, and drying; mixing 80~100g of charcoal, 80~100g of elvan, 35~45g of salt, 5~12g of seaweeds, 5~12g of green tea, 5~12g of citrus unshiu, 5~12g of pueraria thunbergiana, 5~12g of coix lacryma-jobi, 5~12g of eucommia ulmoides, and 5~12g of glycyrrhiza uralensis, with 1L of water; inserting the mixture into a case(11), and locating the eggs in a mount fixture(22) inside the case; adding the vibration for stirring egg whites and egg yolks at 45~50deg C for 36~72hours; washing the aged eggs; and roasting the eggs.
