PURPOSE: A seasoning liquid for wrapping radish containing curcuma longa, and the wrapping radish using thereof are provided to secure the unique flavor of the curcuma longa for producing the wrapping radish. CONSTITUTION: A seasoning liquid for wrapping radish containing curcuma longa contains 3~5parts of potassium sorbate by weight, 0.8~2parts of sodium saccharin by weight, 1.5~2.5parts of citric acid by weight, 2~3parts of DL-malic acid by weight, 0.2~1part of sodium sulfite by weight, 2~3parts of glycine by weight, 0.1~0.3parts of aspartame by weight, 0.1~0.5parts of L-sodium glutamate by weight, 7~10parts of glacial acetic acid by weight, and 3~5parts of curcuma longa powder by weight.
