PURPOSE: A cargo delivery elevator for an apartment is provided to reduce the use of a passenger elevator since the passenger elevator and the cargo delivery elevator are individually installed. CONSTITUTION: A cargo delivery elevator for an apartment comprises a lift(10), an unloading system, a control system and a delivery box(50). The lift ascends and descends by a lifting motor and delivers cargo. Doors are formed on both sides of the lift. The doors are opened and closed by an opening and closing motor. The lift is guided by a guide rail(20). The unloading system unloads the cargo from the lift. A conveyor belt is installed on the floor of the unloading system. The control system controls the operation of the lift and delivers cargoes to each house on each floor. The delivery box is installed on each house on each floor and holds cargo from the lift.
