<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a technology capable of allowing an outer peripheral wall of a recessed part to be hardly deformed even when the depth of the recessed part for food storage of a tray-type container is increased, ensuring the production stability of aseptic packaged food, and preventing the deformation of the outer peripheral wall of the recessed part from affecting the appearance of a product (commodity) when manufacturing aseptic packaged rice by an individual tray rice-boiling method. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a food packaging tray-type container 20 having ythe outer peripheral wall 21b of a recessed part 21 for storing food including a plate-like wall part 21c, a straight wall part 21d, a curved wall part 21e, and corner parts 21f, 21g, and a reinforcing part 21j in which a plurality of ribs 21i extending along the recessed part 21 in the depth direction are formed in parallel at a plurality of circumferential parts except the corner parts of the outer peripheral wall.
