<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generally miniaturize a lock device for fixedly locking a seat structural part at a predetermined position in a vehicle by reducing the number of components to be assembled and simplifying the components to be assembled to reduce the size of the assembled components. <P>SOLUTION: A drive plate 60 includes a pressing dowel 65 which presses a pole 50 to move the pole in the specified direction of a second journal member 35 with a rotating force generated when the drive plate is rotatably biased by a spring member 70.
