<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film in which a transparent conductor layer is patterned and which has satisfactory appearance, and to provide a method for manufacturing the film. <P>SOLUTION: The transparent conductive film has a transparent conductor layer via at least two undercoat layers on one or both surfaces of a transparent film base material, and in the transparent conductive film, the transparent conductor layer is patterned.
