PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device having high transmittance and less flicker. SOLUTION: The display device includes a plurality of pixel units A. Each pixel unit A includes: a bottom substrate 1; a plurality of interlayers formed on the bottom substrate 1 and including a patterned polysilicon layer 30, a gate line 10 and a data line 20; a first passivation layer 201 formed on the plurality of interlayers; a bottom electrodes 202 and 202-1 formed on the first passivation layer; a second protective layer 204 formed to cover the bottom electrodes 202 and 202-1; and an upper electrode 206 formed on the second protective layer 204 at a predetermined position thereof corresponding to the bottom electrodes 202 and 202-1.
