PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blow-by gas reducing device for an engine capable of improving assembling operability of intake air system components and reducing assembling manhours of the intake gas system components. SOLUTION: In the blow-by gas reducing device for an engine 3 formed by including a breather chamber 26 communicated with a crank chamber via blow-by gas passages 27, 28, and 29, and a gas reducing pipe 31 for connecting between the breather chamber 26 and a surge tank 19, and a PCV valve 30 arranged on the gas reducing pipe 31, the breather chamber 26 is formed below an intake port 13 of a cylinder head 5, the breather chamber 26 is opened at an intake air side end face of the cylinder head 5, and the opening is closed with a mounting flange 18b integrally formed on an intake manifold 18.
