PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe end cutting tool for a synthetic resin pipe with inner surface ribs with which the outer peripheral surface of the pipe end can be cut very easily without any problem even in a long synthetic resin pipe, and, in addition, the tool itself can be compact even when the diameter of the synthetic resin pipe with inner surface ribs to be cut is large. SOLUTION: The cutting tool cutting the outer peripheral surface of the pipe end of the synthetic resin pipe having ribs parallel with the pipe axis inside including one inscribed roller rolling along the inner peripheral surface of the synthetic resin pipe, two or more circumscribed rollers rolling along the outer peripheral surface of the synthetic resin pipe, a cutting blade abutting upon the pipe end of the synthetic resin pipe from the outside and cutting the pipe end when the inscribed roller rolls while abutting upon the inner peripheral surface of the synthetic resin pipe and the circumscribed rollers roll while abutting upon the outer peripheral surface of the synthetic resin pipe, and a tool body supporting the inscribed roller, the circumscribed rollers and the cutting blade. One or more recess groove receiving the rib when the inscribed roller comes to a rib section during rollingly turning along the inner peripheral surface of the synthetic resin pipe is arranged on the rolling contact surface of the inscribed roller.
