PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency power amplifier capable of suppressing a loop oscillation generated between an input terminal for the high-frequency power amplifier and the input terminal for an amplifier. SOLUTION: The high-frequency power amplifier includes: a distribution circuit board 4 including a conductor pattern 19 including a plurality of branch terminals 21 to 24 for distributing an input terminal 20 and input signals input from the input terminal 20; an amplification circuit board 5 amplifying the input signals from each branch terminal, respectively; and a synthetic circuit board 6 synthesizing the input signals from the amplification circuit board 5. The conductor pattern 19 for the distribution circuit board 4 includes: a first conductive layer 19A formed to an insulating board; a second conductive layer 19B formed on the first conductive layer 19A; and a third conductive layer 19C formed on the second conductive layer 19B. Resistance patterns 41 to 44 consisting only of the first conductive layer 19A and the second conductive layer 19B are formed at positions branching the branch terminals 21 to 24 from the input terminal 20 to the conductor pattern 19 for the distribution circuit board.
