SYSTEM FOR STORING ELECTRICAL ENERGY

A system for storing electrical energy comprises a plurality of storage cells with respective operating voltages. An electrical consumer and a switch member are serially connected in parallel to a storage cell. The switch member is closed when a threshold voltage is reached or exceeded. The system further comprises a control device which is adapted to adjust the threshold voltage depending on a voltage value determined from operating voltages of the plurality of storage cells. The invention further relates to a storage cell for storing electrical energy and to a method for controlling a system deigned to store electrical energy.
