<p>Disclosed is an organic electroluminescent element which has high durability, high efficiency and low driving voltage, and is suppressed in color shift after deterioration of the element. Specifically disclosed is an organic electroluminescent element which comprises, between a pair of electrodes, at least one organic layer including a light-emitting layer that contains a light-emitting material. The organic electroluminescent element is characterized by containing a compound that has at least one group represented by one of specific formulae and a phosphorescent metal complex that has a specific structure.</p> |
