PURPOSE: A wrinkled dumpling molding apparatus is provided to prevent the deformation and the curve of dough, and to uniformly produce wrinkles on dumplings. CONSTITUTION: A wrinkled dumpling molding apparatus comprises the following: a fixing nozzle(200) fixed to the tip end of an extruding pipe with a nozzle fixing nut(210), transferring dumpling fillings to the center and skins to the edge direction; an extrusion screw rotatably supported by the fixing nozzle; an adjusting nozzle(300) inserted to a protrusion of the fixing nozzle; a skin thickness controller(310) fixing the adjusting nozzle to the nozzle fixing nut; an auxiliary nozzle(400) forming a discharging hole for discharging the dumpling fillings and skins; a wrinkle forming pin(500) forming wrinkles on the dumpling skins; and a distance fixing nut(610) and a distance adjusting nut(620) for adjusting the location of the wrinkle forming pin. |
