PURPOSE: A control valve with a double function type outlet check valve is provided to perform an orifice function to decrease pulsation pressure from 20bar to 5bar. CONSTITUTION: A control valve with a double function type outlet check valve comprises a spring orifice(5) and a ball(4). A cap(2) combined with a cylinder(1) is positioned in a working oil outlet port to reduce pulsation pressure. The ball is elastically supported by a spring orifice and is positioned toward the outlet of the cylinder. The spring orifice comprises an orifice body(6) and a spring hook(7). The orifice body has the shape of an annular ring. The spring hook mounts the ball in the shape of a funnel and is positioned toward a hole formed in the cap. The spring hook is formed of first, second, and third hooks(8,9,10). |
