摘要 Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a composite negative capacitor plate for use in a lead-acid battery. Said method increases manufacturing efficiency and productivity and improves the low-temperature discharge characteristics and rapid-charge/discharge characteristics of the lead-acid battery in PSoC operation. In the disclosed method, a carbon mix is formed into a sheet, said carbon mix comprising two types of carbon material and at least a binder mixed together. The two types of carbon material are a first carbon material, which is electrically conductive, and a second carbon material, which has a capacitance and/or a pseudocapacitance. The composite negative capacitor plate is then manufactured by pressure-bonding the fabricated carbon mix sheet to the surface of a wet plate filled with a negative-electrode active material. A lead-acid battery provided with the disclosed composite negative capacitor plate has improved discharge characteristics.
