Disclosed is a capacitor microphone in which the interference of a back electrode plate with an impedance conversion element by deflection deformation of a contact spring due to impact load is prevented from occuring. An annular member (26) that supports a spacer (24) of a capacitor structure portion (C) is disposed so as to surround a back electrode plate (16), and an annular substrate (36) that supports the annular member is mounted on the upper surface of a circuit substrate (32) so as to surround an impedance conversion element (34). A first conductive layer (32a) that has electric continuity with an input terminal (34a) of the impedance conversion element (34) is formed on the upper surface of the circuit substrate (32), and a second conductive layer (36c) that has electric continuity with the first conductive layer (32a) is formed in the annular substrate (36) so as to extend from the lower surface to the upper surface thereof. A contact spring (18) that elastically presses the back electrode plate (16) upward is disposed below the back electrode plate while being deflected and deformed with the lower end thereof being in contact with a portion of the second conductive layer (36c) at the upper surface of the annular substrate (36).
